There is significant buzz in the entertainment industry surrounding the merger of the renowned celebrity platform Bling Management with Matrix, marking a noteworthy shift in the agency management landscape. The amalgamation of Bling Management, led by partners swati Iyer, Pia Sawhney, and Shanthi Sivaram, with Matrix, India's premier celebrity platform founded by reshma Shetty & vivek Kamath, has resulted in a change of hands in the management of popular stars across various industries.

According to a national media report, swati Iyer will take on the role of CEO in the newly merged entity. Matrix, a well-established name in the market, boasts strong ties with prominent stars and holds contracts with leading figures such as rrr star ram Charan. The agency represents a stellar line-up, including abhishek Bachchan, alia bhatt, Dulquer Salmaan, Farhan Akhtar, katrina kaif, madhuri dixit Neene, priyanka chopra Jonas, Vicky Kaushal, shahid Kapoor, varun Dhawan, and esteemed directors like rohit shetty and Zoya Akhtar.


Following the merger, Matrix will extend its representation to additional talent previously managed by Bling, including vidya Balan, radhika Madan, Twinkle Khanna, Dimple Kapadia, and directors such as Konkana Sen Sharma, sandeep Modi, and Tahira Kashyap. Matrix has a rich history of collaborating with India's most successful celebrity private labels, including Ed-A-Mamma, alia Bhatt's joint venture with reliance Brands, K Beauty, a collaboration with katrina kaif, and Anomaly, priyanka chopra Jonas' hair care brand.


Notably, Matrix stands out as an agency with several milestones, with all partners being women. The firm includes four indigenous partners, namely Dorita D'Souza (Partner, Legal & Compliance), Hiral Thakkar (Live Events, tv & Casting), Kim Saldanha (Partner, Private Labels & Private Equity), and Shally Badlani (Partner, Creator Platforms). With the merger, three incoming partners—Pia Sawhney, Shanti Sivaram, and swati Iyer—are set to contribute to the continued success of the agency.
