Jacqueline Fernandez's difficulties increase, ordered to appear in court
Delhi's patiala House court has issued summons to actress jacqueline fernandez and ordered her to appear in court on september 26. The court has taken cognizance of the charge sheet filed in the recently registered case. On september 12, delhi Police will also interrogate the actress. Enforcement Directorate has made jacqueline fernandez an accused in the case of recovery of Rs 215 crore. The ED had also filed a charge sheet against the bollywood actress earlier this month.
The ED had found Jacqueline an accused in the extortion case. The ED believes that she knew that thug Sukesh Chandrashekhar was extorting money. The statements of key witnesses and the accused revealed that jacqueline fernandez was in constant touch with Sukesh over video calls. Sukesh has also admitted to giving expensive gifts to this Sri Lankan actress.




Some time ago, the court had attached Jacqueline's FD worth Rs 7 crore 12 lakh by the ED. The actress is also accused that Jacqueline has also taken expensive gifts worth Rs 10 crore from Chandrashekhar. In december last year, the first charge sheet in the case was filed in the court of Additional Sessions, Judge praveen Singh.
Let us inform you that in february this year, the ED also filed a charge sheet against pinky Irani. pinky is the one who introduced Sukesh to Jacqueline. It is alleged that pinky Irani used to like expensive gifts for Jacqueline and when Sukesh used to pay the price, she used to give them to Jacqueline. Sukesh had also spent about 20 crores on many models and actresses.
