Tips To Keep your Feet healthy

Most women make a perfect hair, ravishing skin tone and beautiful nails. They take care of these at various parlours and so on. But they do neglect their feet. Ladies must understand that beauty is not just about Skin and hair care, one has to nurture and nourish every part of the body. 


Feet carries the whole burden of day to day lives right from the moment we wake up. Just like that we keep our data-face and hair well nourished, we are also forced to keep our feet nourished. Keep it a must to do pedicure twice a month. Dead skin build up and dryness leads to cracked heels. 


In order to have soft heel follow the protocols given below,
Take the necessary ingredients :-
1 tub of warm soapy water
100 ml seed oil
A handful of marbles
500 ml full fat milk
A handful of rose petals
A handful of fresh neem leaves
5 drops geranium oil
5 drops sandalwood oil
2 teaspoon wheatgerm oil


Mix everything together and just dip your feet in the water for more than 20 minutes and later take it out and pat dry. After that take a pumice stone to remove all the dead skin on the heels.
