Tips for Healthy White Teeth

Not only your teeth help you to talk and chew, they can make or break your appearance.  If you drink red wine and black tea or smoking cigarettes or cigars, expect the results to show up not so pearly whites. Other culprits to blame for dingy teeth include colas, gravies and dark juices. Brush immediately after eating or drinking foods that stains teeth and use a bleaching agent.


For convenient teeth cleaning action eat an apple. Change the toothbrush at least every two or three months. Otherwise you are transferring bacteria to your mouth. Use a tongue scraper every morning to remove tongue plague and freshen your breath. One major cause of bad breath is the buildup of bacteria on the tongue.


Brush your teeth with Baking Soda, which will remove stains and whitens the teeth. Use it just as you would toothpaste. You can also use salt as alternative toothpaste. Also if your gums start to feel raw, switch to brushing with salt every other day. To check the freshness of your breath, lick your palm and smell it while it is still wet. Make sure your mouth freshener is alcohol free.


Choose a medium color or dark red lipstick and these colors makes your teeth look whiter. Whereas the light colored shades shows the yellow in teeth. Brush your teeth when you first get out of bed and before you get back in at night. Gargle with apple cidar vinegar which helps remove the stains and whitens the teeth and kills bacteria in your mouth and gums. Follow these simple steps to have sparkling white teeth.
