The bcci suspended IPL 2021 indefinitely on May 4 after positive Covid-19 cases emerged in bio-bubbles across multiple franchises in ahmedabad and Delhi.
Ganguly revealed that is too early to discuss finding another window for IPL 2021 edition as the entire Nation is badly hurt by the second wave of COVID-19 pandemic with the country registering more than 400,000 cases every day. There were reports that the UK or sri lanka might be a new venue for the rest of the edition of IPL. But Ganguly said, "There are lots of organizational hazards like 14-day quarantine. It can't happen. This quarantine is tough to handle."
