24 Hours Vaccination Center started in Tamil Nadu

District collector GS Sameeran inaugurated a 24-hour corona vaccination center at coimbatore government Hospital and the Vaccination will be done any time as duty nurses have been allotted shift basis. Regarding this, the collector said, "A 24-hour vaccination center has been set up at the coimbatore government Hospital on all days of the week to expedite the vaccination drive and make the vaccine available to all parties. 



Similarly, vaccinations will be given 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at government hospitals at Singanallur ESI Hospital, Sulur, Mettupalayam, Pollachi, Valparai, Annur, Kolarpatti, Sundakkamuthur, and Kinathukadavu. Immunizations will be given on a priority basis to pregnant women, nursing mothers, inpatients, outpatients, in-patients, surrogates, and front-runners at these centers." 



Later, one of the health care workers said, "Coimbatore is the worst-affected city in tamil Nadu and we are glad to start tamil Nadu's first 24-hour vaccination center and this would definitely help people who are working as they don't have to take leave and come for vaccination. As vaccination is available 24 hours, we can see less crowd during morning hours and few people crowding in wee hours and it is a boon for office goers."
