Sai Dharam Tej (Panja Abhiram) is a brilliant student since childhood and after learning about the misery of everyone else around him, as well as the suffering of humanity overall, he becomes an IAS official. Abhiram's effort to serve the people is thwarted by a corrupt politician (Ramya Krishna), who does everything she can to hinder him. The feudalistic political structure clashes with a simple bureaucrat in the following scene. Is it possible for the latter to succeed in his fight against corruption?
Sai puts up a flawless display. This is his first appearance on tv as a bureaucrat, and he does a fantastic job. ramya krishna is excellent in her role as a dishonest politician and her threatening demeanor and on-screen presence liven up the villain. deva katta chooses a socially conscious political issue and tells it in a straightforward manner.
Deva Katta is doing the correct thing by avoiding any unnecessary comedy or promotional moments. This aids the film's adherence to its concept. He has a touching manner of conceiving and handling the deep and hard-hitting climax. In a few of the penultimate episodes, the background score is very good. The performances of sai dharam tej and jagapati babu are excellent, but ramya krishna is underused.
