'Pelli SandaD' is, to be honest, more of an awkward offspring of 'Gangotri' than a spiritual sequel to 'Pelli Sandadi.' You know, some directors have a penchant for deceiving you with the title itself! Vasishta (debutant roshan Meka) aspires to be the best basketball player in the world.
