Samantha sued three YouTube channels and a lawyer named CL venkat rao for making offensive comments about her. The defamation case was finally decided by the kukatpally court in telangana after repeated hearings. The magistrate who heard arguments ordered the flagged video to be removed from YouTube channels. The court also ordered the channels not to repeat or drag samantha into such issues.
Numerous YouTube channels ran films criticising samantha for her separation from naga chaitanya after the diva announced their breakup. Samantha's character was destroyed by YouTube channels, who accused her of having several affairs and having abortions. samantha was accused of having extramarital romances by many YouTube channels who claimed she refused to bear a kid. She brought slander actions against three networks and counsel CL venkat Rao, angered by the accusations.
In Samantha's defamation action, the kukatpally court has now issued a final judgement. The judge ordered the stations to erase the footage as well as refrain from making any more negative statements about the celebrity. The judge also told Samantha's lawyer, CL venkat Rao, not to make any unfounded claims about her private affairs and personal life.
