The case involving aryan Khan and the recommendation of the Federal Ministry of Social Justice!

Aryan Khan, son of 'Bollywood' hero Shah Rukh Khan, from mumbai, Maharashtra, was recently arrested by the Narcotics Squad. He has been lodged in the mumbai Arthur Road Jail for the last 20 days.


His bail application was twice dismissed by the Anti-Drug court in Mumbai. Subsequently, a bail petition was filed in the mumbai High Court. The petition came up for hearing yesterday. The trial continued today for the 3rd day.


Remove from the list the possession of a small number of drugs for personal use, 'the Central Ministry of Social Justice has recommended.
