RRR, Radhe Shyam or Bheemla Nayak - Who Walks Out of Sankranti Race?
Sankranthi is Tollywood's busiest season, with many big-budget films opting for festive releases. Because the pandemic prevented any Sankranthi releases in 2020 and 2021, 2022 would be a blockbuster year, as the most sought and desired tollywood films have declared their Sankranthi launch dates.
During the Sankranthi season, ram charan and Jr NTR's rrr will be released on january 7, Mahesh Babu's Prabhas' Radhe shyam will be released on january 14, and pawan kalyan and Rana Daggubati's Bheemla nayak will be released on january 14. Nevertheless, with three big-budget films launching at the same time, the Film Association is taking a backseat in terms of handling them, citing the major concerns as ticket costs and theatres in Andhra Pradesh.
The issue of ticket pricing in Andhra Pradesh, on the one side, and the competitive pressures among the production companies, on the other, have created a difficulty for makers, distributors, theatre owners, and other movie merchants. And with all the great names in this contest, there is no way that all of the telugu states' cinemas will be able to accommodate all of the films. Tollywood's bigwigs reportedly convened a conference to consider all of these elements in order to make huge modifications to release schedules and avoid clashes. The dates will be confirmed by an official announcement as soon as possible.
