#Judge violated by the cops inside the court and threatened with gun!!!The two cops who entered the courtroom during the trial have assaulted the judge. They threatened the judge with a gun. Two policemen attacked the intruder. They also attacked lawyers who came to block. Both guards were arrested and jailed in connection with this incident. Additional district and Sessions court Judge avinash Kumar was hearing the case in Janjarpur, Madhubani district of Bihar. Judge avinash Kumar was assaulted by an inspector and an assistant inspector of the Ghoghardiha police station who then entered the courtroom. They also threatened to point a gun at him. Lawyers and court staff who were there saved the judge from both the cops. The Janjarpur Bar Association strongly condemned the attack on the judge. The bench, comprising Justice Rajan Gupta and Mohit Kumar Shah heard the matter and expressed to submit and to file a status report on the incident in a sealed cover on november 29, saying the incident was "unprecedented and shocking". The DGP has also ordered the presenter to appear on the same day. Under the circumstances, Inspector Gopal prasad and Assistant Inspector abhimanyu Kumar, who assaulted the judge, were arrested and remanded in custody.
