Highcourt order#Teachers must be vaccinated in the best interests of students!!!

The chennai High court has ruled that teachers should be vaccinated in the interest of students, while teachers who do not wish to be vaccinated for personal reasons should stay at home for the benefit of others. The tamil Nadu government has issued a circular stating that those who come to public places must be vaccinated. Visitors to markets, theaters, schools, colleges, playgrounds, hotels, hostels, clubs, factories, and shops are required to be vaccinated. In this case, Umar Farooq (from Aram arakattalai foundation) had filed a petition in the chennai High Court. In it, he has demanded that teachers, staff, and students of educational institutions should not be forced to be vaccinated.

He said in the petition that the vaccine should not be forced as the federal government does not guarantee that the vaccine has no side effects. The petition came up for hearing before Chief Justice Muneeswarar Nath Bandari, who is in charge of the case. The government has issued the order in the interest of the students. teachers are required to vaccinate for the benefit of students. As of now, two doses have been approved then the alternative may even come later, we are not sure. So, the judges said it was best for teachers who did not want to be vaccinated for personal reasons they better stay at home for the benefit of others. Subsequently, the case was dismissed due to the petitioner who informed that the petition would be withdrawn.
