It has been clearly stated in the guidelines issued that cancer patients will not need to spend money out of their own pocket for treatment.

Cancer patients need not be admitted

Cancer patients can avail up to Rs 5 lakh without hospitalization. In this, the cost of chemotherapy, medicines and tests will also be covered.

Includes more than 1,300 Prasijr

Medical facilities available under the plan will include more than 1,300 Prasijr including processes before and after the hospitalization. 


Along with this, diagnosis of diseases and medicines etc. have also been included in it. Beneficiaries will have the freedom to get treatment in hospitals across the country covered under the scheme.

Strong protection of sensitive information

The government has taken all measures to ensure the security of sensitive personal data. The patient-related information will be protected as per indian laws in keeping with the best international standards. For this, more than 94 control sets have been installed.


This Scheme which was launched long back in Modi's rule is hidden deep in. today's Maan Ko Baat has resurrected the Scheme globally.
