Money Heist Season 5 Part 2 Review - A Fitting Finale!

SIBY JEYYA
It's been three months since one of Money Heist's greatest dramatic moments, when Tokyo's (Ursula Corbero) persona died a horrible death, was left with us. It was a tragedy that impacted us worse than The professor (Alvaro Morte) and his gang, and now we're back in the aftermath of her demise in the last season. Several mysteries remain unsolved, and they will be slowly unraveled over the course of the series' last five episodes.

The Spanish drama, which has become a worldwide sensation, is under enormous pressure because all eyes are on the conclusion, and these five chapters will define the show's destiny and how it will be recognized. It certainly doesn't want to follow in the footsteps of other highly anticipated shows like Game of Thrones, which had underwhelming finales and enraged fans.

Following Tokyo's demise, The professor has a nervous breakdown and loses control over the situation for a brief while, allowing Alicia Sierra (Najwa Nimri) to flee. The environment at the bank, on the other hand, is charged with emotion, since not only has Tokyo's death devastated the team, but Sagasta (José Manuel Seda) has also lost six men, including Gandia (José Manuel Poga), and the sacrifice of these innocent souls is weighing heavily on both sides. In the midst of this, a bewildered Rio (Miguel Herran) wonders the distinction between good & evil deeds, while Colonel Tamayo (Fernando Cayo) proceeds to go low to defeat the Professor. But all the way through. The only issue on our minds is whether or not the squad will be successful in pulling off the biggest heist ever.

Money Heist's finest feature is that it never allows you to glance away from your screen. The show's last volume teases a fast-paced start with a vehicle pursuit, a crucial backstory featuring Berlin (Pedro Alonso), and The professor being forced to think on his feet once more as things spin out of control for him and his crew. The group goes through a wave of emotions as each member considers how they want to proceed if their time is almost up and there is no way out in a heist that has lasted over 100 hours.

When it comes to the conclusion, the show continues to its pattern of leaving audiences on a cliffhanger, making it nearly impossible to refrain from binge-watching the last chapters. Fans will get answers to certain crucial questions, such as Arturo's destiny, early in the new volumes, but I'm sure bigger shocks are in store as we get closer to the conclusion. All I can tell about Money Heist's final farewell is that it'll be amazing.
