Bhavana, a rape survivor, has asked
kerala chief minister Binarayi Vijayan to look into the sexual harassment charges brought by Balachandra Kumar against Dileep. Meanwhile, actor
dileep has addressed a
letter to the
kerala Police
director General, requesting that the case be closed. The case has gotten a lot of attention as a result of its later developments.
In 2017, the popular actress, who has appeared in
tamil and
malayalam films, was kidnapped and sexually assaulted while traveling by automobile from
thrissur to Kochi. On the basis of a confession delivered by Pulsar Suni, the actress's vehicle
driver who caused the terrible occurrence,
malayalam actor
dileep was arrested. Due to bias towards the actress, Pulsar Suni admitted that the actor had urged
dileep to stage the event.
Dileep was later arrested and imprisoned for 80 days before being released on bail and is now filming. Meanwhile, the special court's ongoing trial of the case has been postponed for a variety of reasons, and the present developments are attracting attention. Following Dilip's friend Balachandra Kumar's latest
interview, the attention has shifted to petitioning the victim actress first.
Anil Kumar, the public prosecutor who first took on the case, just resigned. The second
lawyer to emerge from this case is Anil Kumar. Another
lawyer has already quit in
november 2020. In a recent
interview with private media, Dilip's friend Balachandra Kumar leveled many claims against Dilip. "Dilip is already familiar with Pulsar Suni.
dileep has visited them at their
home on various occasions.
dilip also has a copy of the actress's video about sexual harassment. This video of
dileep sitting with his friends caught my attention. "Dilip is currently attempting to flee the
court through Sagar Vincent, a critical witness," Balachandra Kumar added.
After the charges of Balachandra Kumar, the victim actress, who has been silent until now, has addressed a
letter to
kerala chief minister Binarayi Vijayan about the crime. In the
letter, the actress bemoaned the case's latest developments, writing, "I want to receive justice. The fact that the lawyers were acquitted of the charges suggests that the case is heading in the wrong direction. The
government appoints public prosecutors to serve the public interest. However, the occurrences in my instance indicate that the situation is worse. As a result, the
chief minister should appoint qualified lawyers and ensure access to justice. In addition, the claims made by Balachandra Kumar against
dileep should be probed."
