Chris Brown sued for Raping a Woman in his Yacht

In California, musician chris Brown is being prosecuted for rape by his claimed victim, who claims he sedated and assaulted her on a yacht at rap mogul Diddy's florida residence. The lady, who has only been identified as Jane Doe in court papers, is seeking $20 million in restitution from the R&B singer. Brown invited the lady — identified as a choreographer, performer, supermodel, and musician — to the yacht immediately after she landed in Miami on december 30, 2020, according to the legal claim, which was submitted on thursday and seen by AFP.

She claims she felt "disoriented (and) physically unstable" after drinking the drink he served her there. Brown allegedly led her into a bedroom and raped her despite her objections, according to the filing. The action, filed in Los Angeles, claims that "the horrible circumstances that Plaintiff Jane Doe suffered shock the morality and should frighten all of us."

"Now is the time to give Defendant chris Brown a signal that enough is enough." As a result, Plaintiff Jane Doe files this lawsuit in order to seek justice for herself (and in the hope that it may serve as a model for others) who may be at the mercy of Defendants chris Brown now or in the past." Lawyers Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck told TMZ that their client was humiliated and did not report the alleged assault to the authorities.
