Intimidation of judges in hijab protest: Verdict of 9 persons postponed

The pre-bail petitions of nine people in a case of threatening judges during the hijab demonstration have been deferred by the High Court. The Tawheed Jamaat held rallies across tamil Nadu in response to the karnataka High Court's decision in the hijab case. Many people were arrested as a result of the police case brought by thief Jamaat executives.


Asanbatshah, Abhibullah, Almalik Faisal Naina, Tawbeek, Naina, Yasser, Abbas, Sini Umarkartar, and Altaf Hussain from madurai, Almalik Faisal naina from Ramanathapuram, Tawbeek, Naina, Yasser, Abbas, Sini Umarkartar, and Altaf Hussain from ramana Protests against the karnataka High Court's decision in the hijab case took out in numerous locations as a result of these petitions. Demonstrations were planned for madurai and Thiruvananthapuram. We didn't say anything to the judges that would make them feel threatened. Due of political unrest, the police have filed a complaint against us. As a result, we have pre-bail. We were instructed that we had to follow the court's rules.


Judge K. Muralishankar was assigned to hear the applications. Attorneys for the petitioners say that the petitioners have just started preparations for the event. The petitioners made no allegations against the government or the judges. As a result, the petitioners were urged to provide pre-bail permission.
