Why Stalin hesitates for Caste based Surveying?

"It is not clear whether the chief minister, who speaks of social justice, is not paying attention to Stalin's reservation problem or is purposely delaying it," former minister CV Shanmugam told reporters at the AIADMK district headquarters in Villupuram today. The recent supreme court decision in the 10.5 percent reservation case establishes that the state government has the authority to grant reservation and internal allocation. On the 10.5 percent reservation, there is no complete information. The Amba shankar group's Sativari survey, conducted 30 years ago, has finally made it plain that it is unacceptable. The data hasn't been provided to the madurai High court in its entirety.

This decision affects not only the Vanniyar community, but the entire tamil Nadu population. tamil Nadu is home to 72–74 percent of the backward and most backward parts of the population, 18 percent of Adivasis, and 1% of the 94 percent. According to the Mandal Commission verdict, former chief minister Jayalalithaa appended Act 45/94 to 69 percent of the Constitution of India, stating that this, too, should not be more than 50 percent quota.

The supreme court agreed that a full Sativari survey should be performed in 2010 based on the 69 percent reservation given in the case against which the Amba shankar Committee report was based. How will Amba shankar accept the statement now that 69 percent of the cases are about to go to trial? As a result, in 2021, a commission led by Justice Kulasekara was established to undertake a comprehensive Sativari census. Justice was given a budget of Rs 67 lakh. That commission is presently inactive for any reason. Why did you turn it off? What is the rationale for this? Make it happen.
