Let us tell you that there is an allegation of fraud against ameesha patel for offering to invest money in films. The hearing, in this case, has already been held on april 28, after which Amisha patel had sought time for the reply, which was accepted by the court. After this, the date of the hearing was fixed in the court today. On which the jharkhand High court heard the matter today.
Actually, a case was registered against Amisha patel and her business partner for cheating. After which a warrant was issued against both of them and the matter reached the court. Both took 2.5 crore rupees from Ranchi-based filmmaker ajay Kumar Singh for the promotion and publicity of the film. Later, Ameesha Patel's film could not be completed, due to which the promotion did not happen. After this ajay Kumar Singh asked for his money back. It is alleged that both refused to return the money.

During the hearing held on april 28, both sides were presented in the court of Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi. The court had ordered both to submit written replies. The court had also given him two weeks for this. After which the next date for the hearing was fixed for May 5.
