The court has delayed its decision on the mathura Shri krishna Janmabhoomi dispute; the decision will be issued on May 19, along with a demand for excavation at the disputed site. In the court petition, there is also a demand for excavation at the disputed location under the supervision of the court. It is stated that if excavations are carried out, the identical jail where Lord krishna was born would be discovered.

After hearing the krishna Janmabhoomi dispute case at mathura, Lord Krishna's birthplace, the mathura court deferred its ruling. The court will now issue its final decision on the continuing dispute over 13.37 acres of property on May 19. In the court petition, there is also a demand for excavation at the disputed location under the supervision of the court. It is stated that if excavations are carried out, the identical jail where Lord krishna was born would be discovered.

A petition was also filed in court on this, however it was denied. In the lawsuit, the petitioners have asked the court to dig the disputed location and make the findings of its study public. It is worth noting that the ownership rights of Shri krishna Janmabhoomi on 13.37 acres of land are being sought through this petition. Idgah is also included.

A petition has also been filed in the supreme court on the krishna Janmabhoomi issue, disputing the settlement of the krishna Janmabhoomi land to the mosque. It is said that in this case, the land of the krishna Janmabhoomi Trust was granted to the royal Idgah without any agreement by fooling the Hindus. The court has been asked to declare that the agreement struck by Shri krishna Janam Seva Sansthan with Shahi Idgah on august 12, 1968 was without jurisdiction.

A fine has been issued by the court in the krishna Janmabhoomi controversy.

It is worth noting that the mathura court previously fined the petitioners for requesting that the hearing of 'Thakur Keshav Dev Maharaj Vs Shahi Masjid Idgah Arrangement Committee' be stopped.
