K T Rama Rao, the telangana Rashtra Samithi's working president and the state's information technology and industries minister, posed a pertinent question on Saturday: why have the central agencies conducted no raids or searches on a single bharatiya janata party leader in the country in the last eight years? ktr asked how many raids on bjp politicians were performed by the Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax, and the Central Bureau of Investigation over the last eight years in a social media post.

"How many ED, IT, and cbi raids on bjp officials or their family members have there been in the recent eight years?" ktr made a comment. "Kya sab ke sab bjp waale satya Harishchandra ke rishtedaar hain?" he said. (Are all bjp leaders satya Harishchandra's relatives?)" The ED had issued a new summons to congress President sonia gandhi, requesting that she appear in court on june 23 in connection with an alleged money laundering case involving the National Herald newspaper. Political parties have raised concerns across party lines over the BJP-led Central Government's politically motivated use of central investigative agencies against members of other parties.

At the same time, the trs working president claimed that only the trs has the courage and capability to fight prime minister Narendra Modi's government in India. "Tourism in the form of political leaders is coming to telangana day in and day out to manufacture politics," he remarked. In response to congress leader rahul Gandhi's recent appeal to the people to give his party one chance to control the state, ktr queried what the party had done to the state during its 50 years in power.
