Kanumuri Raghurama Krishnam Raju, a narsapur mp, had been promoting his July 4 trip to bhimavaram for a meeting with prime minister Narendra Modi. More attention was paid to him than the prime minister or Alluri Sitarama Raju, whose 125th birthday is being commemorated. He asserted that he had made every effort to get to Bhimavaram. But eventually, he boarded a train and announced that he was returning.
He said that his failure to travel to bhimavaram was due to the chief minister, Y S jagan Mohan Reddy. He had been doing it for the past 20 days, of course. He was putting all of the blame on jagan Mohan Reddy. He had the mistaken belief that jagan Mohan reddy would obstruct his visit. His trip to bhimavaram was cancelled since he was living in delusion. If raghuram krishnam raju wishes to demonstrate his sincerity, he could step down from his position as an mp and run for office instead. He can no longer deceive people while holding onto the position jagan gave him.
