Jagan Reddy sets 'Mission 175' for YSRCP cadres
Jagan reddy urged the cadre to emphasise the dishonest tactics used by the opposition telugu desam party (TDP) and the "band of thieves" while distributing information about the welfare measures implemented over the previous three years to every household. The YSRCP won 151 seats in the 175-member assembly in the 2019 elections. The second day's plenary attracted more than 4 lakh attendees from all over the state, and it was around this time that jagan Mohan reddy was decisively chosen by the party as its lifelong leader.
The chief minister exhorted the populace to assume the role of arjuna in order to defeat the Kauravas by making liberal allusions to the Mahabharata. He also warned them that the opposing parties would halt the assistance programmes that helped millions of people in the state if the YSRCP lost power. In order to entice voters ahead of the elections, he said that the opposition "would invent terrible plans" against the ruling party. He instructed the cadre to inform the populace of the opposition's "sly techniques" for gaining control.
