TDP's move on Junior NTR now?
According to tdp sources, Naidu has instructed his party officials to refrain from commenting on the Shah-NTR meeting because doing so will unnecessarily spark a scandal and provide room for the YSRCP to make irrelevant remarks. It should be noted that Naidu had been under intense pressure from some tdp leaders and cadre to reassert Jr. NTR's involvement in party affairs.
Even during Naidu's meeting last year, there were posters. Even at the meeting with Naidu in Hyderabad, same demands were made. But Naidu believes Jr. ntr would pose a challenge to his son, lokesh, who he wants to be seen as the heir apparent. He has been avoided discussing the actor in this way because of this.
At the same time, Jr. ntr is reportedly waiting for lokesh to make a significant mistake before entering tdp politics. It is currently unknown what kind of proposal Shah made to Jr. ntr and what the actor said in return. But given that the bjp is not a strong force in Andhra, it seems unlikely that he would join.
