Anantapur cops book SC/ST case against own SP!
In addition to the SC/ST (prevention of atrocities) Act, cases were filed against the SP and two other people under Sections 167, 177, and 182 of the indian Penal Code. In connection with a cheating case filed against Prakash in Garladinne of the Anantapur district in 2019 as a result of a complaint made by a woman named B lakshmi, Fakkerappa issued orders dismissing him from service on Monday. He claimed that constable Prakash is the subject of six criminal cases. On the other hand, lakshmi informed the media on tuesday that she had not filed any complaints against Prakash and that the police had obtained her signature against her will in order to target him.
