The movie "Brahmastra" is scheduled to premiere on september 9. According to trade sources, the advance reservations were made available nationwide about 7-8 days in advance, and the outcome has been fantastic. According to rumours, "Brahmastra" has received more advance reservations at PVR theatres than "RRR" in Hindi. The northern belt is where this phenomena is most noticeable. But take heed of this aspect.

The "Brahmastra" 3D version's ticket costs are more than the traditional ones, giving the impression that the whole collection is greater. rrr (Hindi) generated Rs 2.19 Cr through advance bookings up until Thursday, while Brahmastra made Rs 2.3 Cr at PVR theatres up till Sunday. There are still four days before advance reservations are officially closed, so it will be interesting to see how much money is ultimately collected.

Brahmastra, starring ranbir kapoor and alia bhatt, will debut on september 9. The Central Board of Film Certification has granted the movie a U/A certificate of clearance. A report in bollywood Hungama stated that the movie's running time was close to three hours. The fantasy story runs for 166 minutes (2 hours 46 minutes), which makes it a somewhat long movie. Early indications indicate that the movie could earn between Rs 18 and Rs 22 crore on its first day.
