Russia targeted power stations and civilian areas...


Russia's air raid on ukraine continued on tuesday, in which once again civilian areas in the Ukrainian capital Kyiv and several other cities were targeted. Many people are reported to have died in these attacks. Earlier on Monday, 19 people were killed in the attacks, while 105 were injured. In Kyiv, common people have left their homes and gone to underground railway stations. In an interview given to Russia's state TV, the Russian Foreign minister accused America and other Western countries of spreading false rumours.


Power stations and civilian areas

Russia also bombed power stations and civilian areas with planes on Tuesday. According to the State Emergency Service, 12 missiles were dropped on civilian areas in Zaporizhzhia City, killing one person and setting fire to several places. These missiles have fallen on schools, hospitals and residential buildings. The country's 300 cities have been plunged into darkness after bombs fell on power stations in Western Lviv and Vinnitsa.

Ukrainian President said – no talks till Putin is there

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on tuesday made it clear that he will not hold any talks with russia because it has no future. He said, "Nothing can happen until Vladimir Putin is in possession of Moscow." While addressing the meeting of G-7 countries by video link, Zelensky said, the only person who disrupts the peace is sitting in Moscow, who should be strictly banned. He appealed to the G-7 countries to provide ukraine with air defence systems as soon as possible so that the damage caused by Russian missiles can be reduced. The leaders of the G-7 countries criticized russia and said that they stand firmly with Ukraine.

Time of Russian nuclear attack difficult to estimate: Japan

Japanese prime minister Fumio Kishida warned on tuesday that it was difficult to predict when russia would use nuclear weapons. He advised to keep a close watch on the situation. Kishida made this comment in front of the media after a virtual meeting of the leaders of the G-7 countries.
