KCR Presents Videos To Back MLA Poaching Charges

On thursday, telangana chief minister K. chandrasekhar Rao made the evidence in the infamous mla poaching case public and pleaded with the Chief Justice of india to defend democracy across the nation. The chief minister held a news conference on thursday evening, hours after voting in the by-election for the Munugode assembly constituency was completed, one week after three alleged bjp agents were detained in hyderabad while attempting to purchase four telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) MLAs with offers of large sums of money.

The chief minister revealed the purported bjp "plot" to purchase trs MLAs for Rs 100 crore by presenting video and audio evidence. The telangana High court has been furnished with all the evidence, including the chat the "brokers" had with the MLAs, according to kcr, as Rao is known in the public. He said that the evidence had also been sent to the media, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Chief Justice of india, and all of the judges on the supreme court and High Courts.

Citing their phone and in-person conversations, the accused claimed that they discussed plans to overthrow the governments of telangana, delhi, Andhra Pradesh, and rajasthan in addition to the eight state governments that had previously been overthrown. kcr asserted that after apprehending the gang, he informed the delhi AAP government of the plot to overthrow it. kcr urged the court to defend democracy, declaring that it is in danger in the nation. "The judiciary was always crucial whenever democracy was under danger. I am pleading with the Chief Justice of india, the supreme court justices, and chief justices of all high courts to preserve democracy in the nation "said he.
