Bomb Cyclone: State of emergency in California..!?

New Year's Day in America is off to a sad start. Bomb Cyclone has declared a state of emergency in California. Acknowledging the severity of the situation, california Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency for 'containment and recovery efforts'. A day after forecasters warned that california could data-face 'brutal' weather conditions, Bomb Cyclone hit the western US state on Wednesday.
The hurricane brought inundating rain to the region, causing power outages and flooded roads in the state of california, which has already been battered by a series of storms on New Year's Day. Strong winds of up to 70 kilometers per hour were expected to continue, raising concerns. Provincial officials have warned people to avoid any non-essential travel wednesday night and thursday morning as the storm reaches its peak.
When the temperature is below zero degrees, a storm formed by the collision of cold and dry air is called a Bomb Cyclone. The people of the area are in fear of the blizzard, the worst storm in 100 years has affected the normal life of the people. An emergency operations center has been established in san francisco to monitor the entire operation while the province has declared an emergency.

Residents are being given thousands of sandbags to keep them safe in case of flooding. The 3 days of continuous snowfall have raised concerns that the situation will continue as the public has suffered greatly. Several people have been reported killed by the weather in Vermont, Ohio, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kansas, and Colorado. In South Florida, animal conditions have worsened as temperatures have plummeted, and freezing to death has increased. The situation is worse in the American West. The temperature here reached -50 degrees.
