After the enormous
success of "Thiruchitrambalam,"
dhanush is making his
telugu debut with "SIR," which is being directed by
venky Atluri. According to the current trend, the
movie chose paid premieres, and we were fortunate to attend an early viewing. This is the movie's FIRST REVIEW. We must admit that
dhanush drew a sizable
audience to Prasads for the exclusive premiere performance. The 136-minute film opens with
college students discovering a rare video clip connected to the hero.
The protagonist Balu sir is given a strong introduction by the
district collector (Dhanush). The backstory is now necessary. Following the introduction of
samuthirakani as Tripathi, the chairman of Tripathi Educational Institute,
dhanush then enters the scene with an action scene. We have various comedic moments and
hero introductions that are templates. Samyuktha is introduced as Meenakshi, and then some intriguing plot-related sequences take place. After a pivotal sequence between
dhanush and
college students, the well-known song Mastaaru Mastaaru is played. It's time for the story's twist.
samuthirakani and
dhanush are having a powerful scene. It is now time for a break.
Although the plot has been established, the first half is tedious. The comic track from
hyper aadi and the
love song from the lead couple are enjoyable, but the rest of the first half is only fair. The
movie is good, and
dhanush gives a wonderful performance. A few scenes are cool. Samyuktha's all right. The cinematography and background
music are both acceptable and in fact GV Prakash, deserves some applause for wonderful tunes and catchy BGM.
We had another action sequence and some poignant moments in the second half. There is a twist, the film is very dramatic, and
dhanush is involved in one particularly tearjerking emotional sequence. When Samyuktha meets
dhanush, he devises a scheme, and another action scene ensues. Everyone will feel moved by the dramatic sequences involving
students as the film nears its climax. The entire climax
episode will make you emotional and
dhanush carries the
movie as usual and he has a solid entry for Tollywood!
