Popular comedian Mylaswamy passed away in chennai due to a sudden heart attack. His demise has shocked the film industry and tamil fans.
Mayilswamy's death:
Popular comedian Mayilswamy (57) passed away in chennai due to ill health. Mayilswamy had gone to worship at the shiva temple in Kelambakkam on the occasion of Shivaratri. This morning, he had chest pain on the way home from worship. After this, Mayilswamy told the people nearby that he was having chest pains. Soon after, Mayilswamy lost consciousness. He was immediately taken to a private hospital in Porur. The doctors who checked Mayilswamy's health there said that he had already died.
Mayilswamy made his debut as an actor in the tamil film industry with the 1985 film Kanniraasi. Since then he has acted in comedy and character roles in many films. He has acted in around 200 films. Especially the comedy scenes in the films he starred in with leading comedians like Vadivelu and vivek have hit another level. He honed his acting skills by performing in stage plays since childhood. After that, Mayilswamy, who was working as a program host, became popular among the people by acting in comedy roles. An ardent admirer of MGR, Mayilswamy was involved in politics along with the AIADMK.

He was in the AIADMK until the death of Jayalalithaa, after that he left the party and contested as an independent in the Virugambakkam constituency in chennai in the 2021 assembly elections. Mylaswamy also has a son named Aramutnayagam. It is noteworthy that he is also acting as a hero in cinema.
