China is getting closer to Russia..!?

China is ready to communicate closely with the Russian army. Chinese Defense minister recently met Russian President Putin. He has reportedly expressed his willingness to have close communications with the Russian military. Russian Defense minister Sergei Shoiguin was present during the meeting. Putin welcomed the main military cooperation between the countries china and Russia.
Chinese Defense minister Li Shangfu met with Russian President Vladimir Putin in moscow on sunday (April 16) to discuss relations between the two countries, the two countries' state media reported. He also said that china will continue to strengthen multilateral integration and cooperation with Russia. china and russia have very "strong ties" and military ties dating back to the Cold war era. China's defense minister said beijing believes countries have outgrown political alliances and are more stable.
China-Russia relations have "already entered a new era," Li said, his first foreign trip since becoming China's defense minister. Putin welcomed military cooperation between russia and china during the meeting, which was also attended by Russian Defense minister Sergei Shoigu, news agencies said. It is noteworthy that this official visit of China's Defense minister took place in the background of Xi's official visit to russia last month. During the visit, both countries agreed to work together on matters of mutual interest. In the past few years, moscow and beijing have increased their cooperation, both motivated by the desire to limit US global hegemony. Since february 2022, when russia launched its offensive in Ukraine, Russia's rapprochement with china has increased.
