BJP Protests against Hindu Charity Department
On the occasion of Ani Thirumanjana, the chidambaram Nataraja temple had been banned by the temple administration from climbing the Kanaka Sabha for 4 days. Police led by chidambaram ASP Raghupathi arrested 140 people including 12 women who participated in the protest and lodged them in a private wedding hall on North Street.
