While Additional Advocate General Ponnavolu sudhakar Reddy's team heard the arguments on behalf of CID, supreme court advocates siddhartha Luthra and Posani Venkakateswara Rao are giving arguments on behalf of Chandrababu. But the arguments of both sides were heated.
Chandrababu's lawyer, siddhartha Ludra, argued that the CID should request Chandrababu's custody and reject the remand report. The protracted arguments ended a short time ago. With this, the acb judge reserved the decision. Chandrababu's arrest remand report was submitted by CID to the court this morning. It said that an FIR was registered in this case in 2021. The CID asked the court to allow 15 days of custody to interrogate him.
