Rules Ranjann Movie Review - A Third Degree Torture
The new action-comedy Rules Ranjann has kiran Abbavaram and neha shetty in the key roles. Neha Shetty's Skin show is the only good thing in the movie and we are giving 1 star for that alone. Other than that, the entire movie falls flat. Poor technical values, zero Production values, Pathetic Dialogues, and Soul-less Background scores add to more woes. In fact, we wish this movie never even happened in the first place itself.
