Rules Ranjann Movie Review - A Third Degree Torture

SIBY JEYYA
The new action-comedy Rules Ranjann has kiran Abbavaram and neha shetty in the key roles. Rathinam krishna wrote and directed the film, which was finally released today after a protracted delay. software worker mano Ranjan adheres to a rigid set of norms. When he rekindles his acquaintance with Sana, a former classmate, his life takes an unexpected turn.
There isn't much action in "Rules Ranjann's" first half other than some corny humor and a passable love song. The second half must significantly make up for the first. So far, third-degree torture. Every scene of the intended comedy falls flat.  The narration and narrative are both quite poor. We are quite curious as to how this movie was created in the first place. kiran repeatedly fails to succeed as a hero.
Neha Shetty's Skin show is the only good thing in the movie and we are giving 1 star for that alone. Other than that, the entire movie falls flat. Poor technical values, zero Production values, Pathetic Dialogues, and Soul-less Background scores add to more woes. In fact, we wish this movie never even happened in the first place itself.
