Every day we see Mukesh's advertisement in theatres about the seriousness of mouth cancer risk with gutkas and pan masalas. Common people are addicted to them knowing that they are illegal and dangerous. Pan type masala packets which are available in the market are not only putting a hole in people's pockets but also ruining lives. But the netizens are seriously trolling akshay kumar, who acted in such a masala advertisement, as not responsible. 

Netizens are raging, questioning the responsibility of being a celebrity who influences people greatly. So he (Akshay) came down and promised not to sign Pan masala as a brand ambassador anymore. Moreover, akshay kumar apologized for acting in the Pan masala advertisement. He vowed that he would no longer do branding for Pan Masala. A commercial featuring Akshay, ajay Devgan and Shah Rukh was seen during a cricket match in the ongoing World Cup. 

As it went viral in seconds, the stars who acted in it were trolled. All this for money? people praised the stars saying that. Forget his word for money? people asked Akshay. But as this became a big debate on social media, akshay kumar explained the situation to everyone and told the truth. The pan masala ad, which is currently going viral, was shot in october 2021 and the advertisers have the right to air it till the end of this month, he said, adding that he cannot do anything about it.
