Leo First Review: Too much violence and brutal scenes..!?

Thalapathy Vijay starrer 'Leo' is 5 days away from its release, Ahimsa Entertainment has published its review of the film on its twitter page. Ahimsa Entertainment, the UK distributor of Thalapathy Vijay and director lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo, has published the first review on its twitter page describing the scenes of Leo.  Ahimsa Entertainment said in a statement that LEO contains high levels of violence and gore. They can see that 'Leo' has more graphic scenes than they expected. Although they aim to make LEO more than 15 years old, the BBFC Ahimsa said that the film is rated 18+, meaning only people aged 18 and above can watch the film in theatres.

After discussions with the BBFC, they decided that 'Leo' should be seen by children over the age of 15. That is (smoothing out some of the violent and gruesome aftermaths, and ultra close-up scenes), and they made sure that the film doesn't have any effect on the film's plot, flow, unique moments, and the mass appeal of Thalapathy. But even though many children between the ages of 4 and 14 years are ardent fans of Thalapathy Vijay, they cannot watch the film because of some gory scenes.
If the main action scenes are removed completely - it would make the original version of the movie very different, and it would not be the right solution, to all the parents who expected to bring their children to this movie, they apologize. "LEO" is a 100% lokesh kanagaraj movie - intense and violent. So it is reported that only people above 15 years of age can watch it. On another note, 2 minutes of graphic close-up footage will be trimmed of grotesque footage. In cinemas, these changes go unnoticed and don't affect the flow, main story, or mass moments. It is worth noting that these scenes are less than 1% of the film's violence, which Ahimsa has released as its first review.
