The restaurant's management, located at rtc Cross Road in hyderabad, is accused of responding carelessly to the stated complaints.

Following the viral social media videos and photographs of the lizard in the biryani, the GHMC's Food Safety Officer investigated the premises and collected samples for examination. A report has been sent for follow-up.
Despite the GHMC's reaction to the allegation of allegedly discovering a lizard in biryani from the hyderabad eatery, social media users were outraged. "Sir/ Madam, lifting samples will not help to ensure hygiene and food safety," one of them wrote. Food safety may be improved by inspections, instructions, and public awareness. I've never seen or heard about hotel food safety training and awareness. Please concentrate, sir/madam."
Another user said, “I guess until people start to die @AFCGHMC will be kept on inspecting and lifting samples. Why are penalties not being levied?”.
