Amol Shinde (25) and Neelam Devi (37) shot colored smoke from canisters outside parliament while yelling "tanashahi nahi chalegi" at the same time.

• Mr. Lalit Mohan Jha took a bus to Nagaur, Rajasthan. He met his two companions there and stayed the night at a motel. However, Jha quickly recognized that the police were looking for him and opted to return to delhi via bus, according to a preliminary inquiry by the delhi Police.
• Jha was apprehended by delhi police on thursday after a huge manhunt. "Lalit Jha came to the police station on his own, after which the police arrested him and began questioning him," the delhi police said, according to a news source.
