TDP Chief Chandrababu Naidu performed Homams for 3 days at his residence
Reportedly following the footsteps of former telangana chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao, tdp president and former andhra pradesh chief minister N chandrababu naidu performed yagams, homams and other spiritual programmes for three days at his residence in undavalli which concluded on Sunday. Seeking wealth and well-being of the state as well as the people, the tdp chief along with his wife Bhuvaneswari personally performed the yagams starting from december 22.Hence amidst the Vedic chanting of the archakas, under the supervision of Vedic scholars, the politically high-profile couple personally performed Satha Chandi Parayana Ekothara Vruddhi maha Chandi Yagam and Sudarsana Homam. On the last day, they performed maha Chandi Yagam, Sudarsana Homam and concluded the programmes with the offering of Poornahuthi to the presiding deities. Later the arcakas and Vedic scholars blessed Chandrababu couple with sacred akshintalu (rice mixed with turmeric and kumkum).Moreover the three day spiritual and Vedic programme was performed under the supervision of Srinivasacharyulu, a well-known Vedic scholar from Guntur, where as many as 40 archaka swamys took part. Chandrababu, Bhuvaneswari, family members and some tdp leaders took part in the Pooranhuthi programme held on Sunday. The tdp supremo along with his wife performed special prayers and pujas to the gods and goddesses on the last day of the programme.According to the insiders, Chandrababu and Bhuvaneswari have prayed for the all-round development of the state and well well-being of the people of the state. It is learnt that Chandrababu has performed spiritual programmes seeking the TDP-JSP alliance to come to power in andhra pradesh after the upcoming assembly elections.
