A complaint has been lodged at the police station demanding action against the person who threw a slipper at Vijayakanth when he came to pay his last respects. Actor Vijayakanth passed away on december 28, Vijay went to the DMDK office in Koyambedu, chennai that night to pay his respects. Seeing the body of the captain, Vijay was shocked and saddened. When Vijay came there, there was a huge crowd.
Due to this, Vijay immediately left from there after paying tribute to Vijayakanth's body. At that time Vijayakanth's fans, who were in the group, saw Vijay and chanted "Get out". Apart from that, a shoe was also thrown at the actor Vijay who was caught in the crowd. The video footage of this was released and created a stir.
In this situation, a complaint has been lodged at the Koyambedu police station on behalf of South chennai District Vijay People's Movement demanding action regarding the shoe being thrown at Vijay. According to the complaint, on 28/12/2023, Thalapathy Vijay visited the Vijayakanth marriage hall in chennai at around 10:30 pm to mourn the death of actor Captain Vijayakanth. Then an unidentified person took off his slipper and threw it towards Thalapathy, thus the entire Thalapathy Vijay fans in Tamilnadu, their own, and all the people who have affection for him were sad and they requested to identify who had done such a disgusting act and to find that person and take legal action against him. They mentioned this in the complaint.
