Telangana - Superstition surrounds tragic death of young woman MLA

SIBY JEYYA
Superstition and politics have always been closely linked in telugu states. Superstitious ideas have once again come to light following the terrible death of lasya Nanditha, a freshly elected young lady mla from Telangana. She died in a car accident on the Outer Ring car in the Sangerddy district.

After her car struck a road barrier, the 37-year-old secunderabad Cantonment native and graduate of software engineering received severe injuries.

Tragedy struck when the mla and her family were on their way back to her hyderabad home from a well-known Dargah close to Sadashivapet Mandal in the sangareddy district. She became trapped in a lift in december 2023 when an overload caused it to plummet from six feet above. She made it out unscathed.

Once more this year, on february 13, lasya was in an accident on her way back to hyderabad from a public gathering that BRS had arranged in nalgonda to seek water rights for Krishna. A house guard died, but she only had minor injuries.

She was killed in the third incident on friday morning.

According to local media sources, the mla has been going to different faith healers in dargahs and temples and donning mascots (taweez) supplied by superstitious figures to ward off the evil eye.

"Since the death of senior mla G Sayanna, Nanditha's father, in february of last year, the family has been dealing with a number of hardships and unpleasant incidents. According to family members cited in media accounts, the MLA's family visited the dargah specifically to pray for strength to overcome the obstacles.

During the autopsy, doctors discovered twelve mascots bound over MLA's body and given to the police.

Superstitions like vaastu, muhurat timing, and black magic have long played a significant role in indian politics.

A revanth reddy was scheduled to take the oath of office as the chief minister of the state on december 7 at 10:28 am; however, this was later rescheduled to 1:04 pm. Who made the time adjustments? The astrologers of the chief minister, not representatives of the administration.

It is important to note that the swearing-in timing of former BRS president K Chandrashekar Rao on december 12, 2018, was likewise prearranged and subsequently changed by his personal astrologer.

The leader of the BRS, chandrasekhar rao-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW">k chandrasekhar rao, or kcr, is well-known for being a devoted follower of vaastu. During his tenure, he moved his official house twice and spent an estimated Rs. 600 crore building a new, vaastu-compliant secretariat.

An official vaastu consultant was appointed by the kcr government.

Some in the adjoining state of andhra pradesh think that former chief minister Chandrababu Naidu disregarded the advice of his personal astrologer srinivas Gargeya and selected an unlucky day for the Bhoomi Puja of the new capital, Amravati. They say this is why the capital was never shifted to Amravati.

Even though the nation is making strides in science, such as the Chandrayan moon expedition and the telugu states' pioneering work in software development, superstition still plays a significant role in determining the timing of many important events and choices in these regions.
