Hyderabad - 4 held for manufacturing, sale of adulterated ginger-garlic paste

Four people involved in the illicit production and distribution of tainted ginger and garlic paste were taken into custody by the Central Zone Task Force and the local police. After receiving a tip, the Begumpet police station conducted a raid at Patigadda, which resulted in the arrests.
 
Additionally, a significant amount of contaminated ginger and garlic paste was discovered during a police raid of two Begum Bazar establishments. Panduranga Rao of Patigadda, Begumpet; Raheem Charaniya, owner of Deccan Traders; ajay Kumar Aheer, owner of telangana Agency; and pradeep Sankla, owner of Nikil Traders, were named as the suspects. They were purportedly involved in the manufacturing and dispersal of tainted garlic and ginger paste around the city.
 
A significant amount of adulterating material, including chemicals, packaging, sealing machinery, and fake components, was taken during the raid. The things that were seized are believed to be worth a total of about Rs 5 lakh.
 

Raheem Charaniya, the main accused, is a Gujarati national who set up an illicit factory at Upperpally, Rajendranagar, to make adulterated paste made of garlic and ginger. Agents such as Panduranga Rao, ajay Kumar Aheer, and pradeep Sankla then provided the paste to general shops in telangana and other states.
 
Due to the contaminated paste's presence of hazardous materials and hidden compounds, users are at serious danger for health problems. The indian Penal Code's several provisions have been used to book the accused.
 
Inspector B Raju Naik headed the operation, which was overseen by Deputy Commissioner of police S rashmi Perumal, IPS, and included personnel from Central Zone Task Force, Hyderabad, as well as sub-inspectors Ch naveen Kumar and S Sai Kiran.
