Telangana - Complaint lodged against Warangal collector over encroachment
A citizen, dissatisfied with the passivity of government authorities, filed a complaint at the Intezargunj police station against warangal district collector Pravinya for permitting encroachments in the full tank level (FTL) region of the Chinnavaddepalli pond. Nutan Babu is a resident of warangal who filed the complaint.
On Monday, march 4, he went to the police and filed a complaint against the collector when it was said that his written requests to remove encroachments were unsuccessful. In his complaint, Babu identified the district collector as well as five other officers as defendants. However, according to reports, representatives of the Revenue Department have asked Babu to rescind his complaint and instead bring his concern to them.
