BRS working president KT Rama Rao voiced worries that if
congress were to win more seats in the next
lok sabha elections,
chief minister A
revanth reddy would scrap all of his plans. "BRS should win if you want the schemes promised by
congress to be implemented," Rama Rao declared on
thursday during a roadshow for BRS
malkajgiri candidate Ragidi Lakshma Reddy's nomination.
He charged
revanth with supporting PM Modi by fielding a phony candidate from the
congress in
malkajgiri, pointing out that the
congress had used similar tactics elsewhere to support Modi.
Rama Rao made remarks on several topics, including the outcome of the last
election in
malkajgiri, which
revanth reddy won with a slim majority. He underlined that
malkajgiri has been crucial to
revanth Reddy's political career and credited the
malkajgiri community for helping him win the PCC and
cm positions. But by being noticeably absent from legislative responsibilities and unreachable by his constituents, he made it clear that
revanth reddy had not lived up to his pledges to the constituency.
He underlined that awarding BRS ten seats will allow BRS chairman
k chandrasekhar rao to regain political hegemony in the state and promote the advancement of the populace.
