7 babies killed in fire at Delhi children's hospital - Case against Owner
The delhi police have filed a FIR against naveen Kichi, the proprietor of the New Born Baby Care Hospital, under Sections 336 (endangering the life or personal safety of others), 304A (death by carelessness), and 34 (criminal conduct) of the IPC. He is now fleeing. A police team has been sent to Jaipur, where Kichi is thought to be hiding.
At around 11.30 p.m. on saturday, the Vivek vihar police station received a PCR report detailing the fire at the New Born Baby Care Hospital and an adjacent structure.
Top police officers went to the scene to investigate the event, while the delhi fire services despatched 16 fire tenders. The wildfire was put out in the early hours of Sunday.
