Ram Pothineni's
telugu film "Double iSmart" has set
august 15 as its release date. This comes after Allu Arjun's "Pushpa 2: The Rule," which was supposed to premiere in theatres on Independence Day, was given an indefinite postponement. The "Double iSmart" creators used a
poster featuring
ram in a fierce
avatar with three horizontal "Vibhooti" lines, a
shiva Lingam, and a flambeau in the backdrop, to reveal the new release date.
This year's Independence Day falls on a Thursday, making it an ideal opportunity to release the
movie because the long weekend extends until Monday,
august 19, Raksha Bandhan. In "Double iSmart,"
bollywood star
sanjay dutt portrays the adversary, while
kavya thapar plays the protagonist part.
ram has returned to his role.
The film has Mani Sharma's soundtrack, and its cinematographers are
sam K. Naidu and Gianni Gianneli. Under the
puri Connects label,
puri jagannadh and Charmme Kaur are producing the movie. "Double iSmart," which was directed by
puri jagannadh, will be available in
telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
'Pushpa 2', helmed by
sukumar and starring Allu Arjun, was scheduled for release on
august 15, however, production issues have raised questions about that date. Several high-profile films are currently thinking about having their Independence Day releases coincide with Independence Day, as some
media sources indicate the
movie could be moved to December.
