She was forced to wait for hours after her luggage went missing, and when she confronted airport staff, they told her to get in touch with the airline so she could retrieve her luggage. Aditi described her experience as the worst she had ever had at the airport.
She shared a video on her instagram Stories from the Heathrow Airport. "#Heathrow chaos * 10000. 2 hours at an empty luggage belt! @heathrow_airport Worst!!!!! (sic)," she wrote.
Aditi also posted on instagram a screenshot of her chat with Heathrow Airport. In response, the airport advised her to get in touch with the selected airline for more details. She wrote, "Heathrow washed their hands off any answers @british_airways ?????? Hour 3 and ticking (sic)."
