Will Revanth Reddy put his best foot forward?

The discussion between the Chief Ministers of the two telugu states on the issues stemming from their division was both interesting and thought-provoking. Everything progressed smoothly through tasks such as addressing decades-old problems and deciding on the way forward with the formation of committees. However, the Chief Ministers are now under pressure. There is no need for compromise in this matter. Notably, telangana chief minister revanth reddy has also taken a firm stance.
There is an argument that the previous government led by kcr viewed the issues arising from the division of the two states through a political lens. During the campaign for statehood, kcr championed the cause of telangana, successfully achieving statehood. However, even after this achievement, the kcr administration continued to portray andhra pradesh as an adversary. This approach undoubtedly contributed to making the partition guarantees difficult to resolve. The lingering influence of KCR's tenure is still palpable among the people.
Even after KCR's rule, the seeds he planted have taken root in people's minds, creating a challenge for cm Revanth. The disputes between the states, which should have been confined to the provisions of the partition law, remain unresolved due to their crossing of state boundaries. The construction of the kaleswaram project is a prime example of this trend. Now, the question arises: can revanth find a solution to these issues? It appears to be a challenging task.
Regardless of his personal views, revanth needs to vocally advocate for Telangana's interests. Failure to do so could lead to political backlash, with accusations that he is undermining the existence of telangana, which has been protected for years. This is why, in his first meeting, revanth acted assertively. By forming two committees, he seems to be signaling to telangana society that while the resolution of these problems may not be entirely within his control, he is committed to leading the state in a positive direction.
